I lost my paper ticket and need a replacement
If your paper receipt ticket is lost or stolen, let us know by calling us at 1-866-499-9287 or send us an e-mail to CustomerService@bt-store.com.

You will be required to complete a Lost Ticket Application form to apply for a refund and purchase a new (replacement) ticket at the current selling price. If your original ticket has not been used by anyone you will receive a credit within 8 months (or sooner), depending on the applicable airline’s policy. Your Lost Ticket Application form must be accompanied by a 100 USD a lost ticket service charge.

Each airline has its own specific rules and policies for issuing replacement tickets. You are bound by these rules and policies and must adhere to them.

Please contact the airline directly if your paper ticket is lost after departure.
