All airline ticket cancellations must be done before departure. Failure to cancel before departure will result in a no-show, which means that your ticket has been forfeited and it has no value.

Changes to your flight itinerary can be made either before or after departure. Some fares do not allow changes. Check your itinerary’s Fare Rules and Cancellation Policy for details.

Changes to the outbound portion of your itinerary must be made before departure with Best Travel Store. You will be required to pay a minimum 100 USD change fee per ticket in addition to any airline fees.

Changes to the return portion of your itinerary can be made before or after departure. Changes before departure must be made by Best Travel Store. Standard change fees apply.

VERY IMPORTANT: When changing the reservation BEFORE DEPARTURE a new reservation must be created and it will be priced at the lowest current fare. In addition to the fare difference, you will also have to pay the change fees stipulated in your original airline ticket purchase.

Changes after departure must be made by calling the airline’s local office at your destination. You will be required to pay ticket change fees directly to the airline.
